I have been an emotional mess lately. I’m pimply and I feel asymmetrical and ugly. I know that all of this is unfounded. I just wish I could pinpoint what was causing it, so I could sucker punch this insecurity. I just keep obsessing over my looks and this is unlike me. I don’t like it and I want it to stop.
Would you lose respect for me if I admitted to eating Taco Bell 3 or more times a week?

I leave with a bundle of groceries. Just bought local hazelnut spread, and I am super excited about it!
I also bought fair trade chocolate bar. I’m attempting to cut back on chocolate that isn’t fair trade. This is also causing me to cut back on chocolate in general, as fair trade chocolate is sort of expensive.
